Key Responsibilities:  Work with business process owners to identify and document business requirements and processes Analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements  Work with product owner, global IT and local vendors to select the IT solution to realize the business requirements Responsible for system realization, develop functional specification, prepare user testing case, perform integration testing, prepare user training materials and deliver end user training  Align with product owner, global IT and business on end-to-end change request management from initialization, formalization, development, testing to realization. Provide support to operation relevant applications (SAP AFS). Ensure all systems running stably for issue resolution and coordination of change requests and enhancement Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent area More than 5 years of SAP FICO technical support and project implementation experience  Proven strong business requirement understand, data interpretation, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong project management skill. (PMP is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent spoken and written English.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: • Four-year college or university degree with focus on IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience• Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience• ABAP knowledge is preferred
