• Communication and coordination with PM (project manager) about the project development, response to customer’s requirement • EMS level HW test and evaluation, SW function calibration for system to reach emission and performance target • SW function validation and give function team suggestion to improve the logic. • Test data analysis and summary, write development report and report to manager and customer • Participate specific technical problem solving • Vehicle function application and calibration • Join summer/winter/high altitude tests for vehicle validation under extreme conditions. • RBCW interface to worldwide engineering development network for assigned area of expertise. • Responsible for calibration guideline for assigned area of expertise. • Develop strategies for improving quality, efficiency and standardization of calibration • Associate in own and other related team (worldwide) regarding topic of the area of expertise. 职位要求： • Master degree with 5 years working experience • Basic tech. background in automotive • Basic understanding of ECU(HW
