To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. Staff FA Engineer located in Dongguan.

What a typical day looks like:
61 Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation
61 Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
61 Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
61 Supports Design Engineers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues.
61 Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
61 Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
61 Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
61 Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.
61 Provide reliability specific inputs to system architecture.
61 Run or support DFMEA sessions.
61 Ensure system compliance with reliability budgets, standards and regulations.
61 Provide reviews to the product design engineer to ensure Design for Reliability.
61 Oversee product verification and characterization.
61 Provide inputs to product performance verification and reliability

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 Bachelor degree in electrical and electronics engineering
61 Should have a minimum 3~5 years High Power Server technology industry EE/FA background
61 Able to create/do Automation Bench programming, integrating Bench setup via test plan
61 Familiar with all Bench test setup equipment's (ATE Chroma, Oscilloscopes, Hipot etc.)
61 Fluently oral English
