Customer order management •Monitor and analyze customer forecast fluctuation and Review with customer for future optimization. •Receive/Convert customer order. •Drive internally to fulfill customer delivery requirement. •Review with customer for the ship mode arrangement and handling the shipment plan with shipping team. •Monitor customer pipeline status and make sure proper stock situation in CDC to fulfill delivery and air freight control. •Communicate with customer regularly for the demand status and delivery plan priority. Production planning •Make production plan for the long term and short term plan basing on customer demand and capacity. •Plan monthly production target and drive the daily production achievement basing on target. •Plan weekly production plan and work with production line for the arrangement. •Review the material status with procurement team to fulfill production plan. •Follow up production status to fulfill customer delivery. •Coordinate and work with related stakeholder to expedite the bottle neck issues (e.g. testing issue/quality issue etc.) Other task: •Review and analyze the root cause for all failed items of KPI, such as delivery performance, PPC achievement, leveling performance etc. •Continue improvement for the KPI. •Other support for the improvement projects. 职位要求： •Logistics or English or management. •At least 5 years related working experience in manufacturing factory and minimum 3 years with planning •Be familiar with MS office. •Familiar with ERP system knowledge: SAP is preferred. •Good English communication (in oral
